Distribution will take place at the Ministry of Health Headquarters as follows:

 

Surnames A–I: Monday, 27th October, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Surnames J–Z: Tuesday, 28th October, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
