The Minister of Health, Sir Molwyn Joseph, along with the management and staff, extends heartfelt congratulations to Desrie Marisa Southwell, Principal Assistant Secretary at the Ministry on her remarkable academic achievement of earning a Doctor of Business Administration – Business Management degree in February 2025.

Desrie also successfully obtained a Master of Business Administration, majoring in Business Management, in 2024. Notably, she achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA in both programs at Atlantic International University, Honolulu, Hawaii.
