Community Nursing Service

This is a professional area of Nursing that focusses its attention through organized community effort on serving people in their usual environment of the home, clinic setting, school and work. The Community Nursing Service is organized to fulfil the nursing care needs of the citizens and residents of Antigua and Barbuda at primary levels using a coordinated integrated approach.

The community Nursing Service aims to strengthen the capacity of individuals and communities to control, improve and maintain physical, mental, social, spiritual health and wellbeing.
