The Nursing Council is a statutory agency responsible for regulating professional Nursing Education and practice in Antigua and Barbuda.
The legal framework under which it operates is the Nurses Registration ACT and Nurses Registration Regulations CAP 296, of the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda.
